Goodnight Moon #1
There's a long, long trail awinding into the land of my dreams, Where the nightingales are singing and a white moon beams.
We were treated to a series of moon quotes each evening of our vacation: cards featuring old photos of grinning crescent moons with winsome inscriptions appeared each night on our pillows. (This sounds really peculiar, but it was charming, and very in keeping with the preposterous luxury of our rooms.) Mom and I both collected the cards, and I thought I would post the moon quotes this week to get back into the habit of daily, or at least every-other-daily, blogging. So here is number one. We keep wondering whether the series extends beyond seven cards. Would the eighth night have brought a repeat? We'll never know...
